  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50 or more via EMS. Delivery occurs 15-25 business days after shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, certain items are final sale (e.g., opened Care and Repair products, used Cookware, Accessories, and Apparels for personal use).
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-7 days (PayPal) after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
